Do you offer all of these services on the same visit?

Yes - the truck is stocked with parts for roller, track, lock, screen, frame, and weather-strip work across nearly every South Florida door brand. Glass replacement requires ordering the panel (1-5 days), but we can board the door in the meantime.

Do you charge a separate diagnostic fee?

No. ViniCon never charges a diagnostic fee on top of the repair. The on-site quote is included in the price you pay. If you decide not to proceed, the visit is free.

Do you provide a written warranty?

Yes. Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty on labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties on parts pass through to you. Insurance documentation available on request.

Can you repair impact and hurricane sliders without voiding the rating?

Yes. We use impact-grade replacement parts (rollers, locks, weather seal, glass) that meet the original spec. Repairs preserve the impact rating and South Florida code compliance.

What's the typical wait time for service?

Same day inside Hallandale, Hollywood, Aventura (2-4 hours). Same day or next-day for further cities like Plantation, Davie, Coral Springs (4-24 hours). Emergency lock-outs and storm damage are prioritized 24/7.

My sliding door came off its track, can you fix it?

Yes, that is one of our most common calls. We realign or replace the rollers and straighten or recap the track so the door rides smoothly again. In most cases an off-track door is a same-visit repair, not a replacement.

Can you make a heavy sliding door easier to open?

Yes. Hard-to-open doors are almost always worn rollers, a dirty or damaged track, or both. Fresh rollers and a cleaned, trued track usually have the door gliding with one finger again.
